About LandRemoteWork

We’ve done the remote job hunt — the hard way

LandRemoteWork is an independent publication about finding and landing remote jobs. We cover the whole hunt: which job boards are worth your time, how to write a resume that survives the ATS, how to interview over Zoom without losing the room, and how to negotiate a remote salary.

Why we exist

Most remote-work advice is either recycled listicles or “quit your job and follow your passion” fluff. Meanwhile real applicants are sending hundreds of applications into the void. We built LandRemoteWork to publish what actually moves the needle — with realistic timelines, real templates, and honest reviews of the tools and job boards we’ve used ourselves.

How we work

Every guide is grounded in real job hunts — the applications, the rejections, and the offers. When we review a job board or career tool, we sign up and use it the way a real applicant would. You can read exactly how we test and how we make money in our editorial policy.

Who we are

Sarah Mitchell — Founder & Editor. Sarah has worked fully remotely since 2018, hired remote team members on both sides of the interview table, and helped dozens of friends and colleagues make the switch from office jobs to remote roles. [TODO: bổ sung thêm chi tiết thật nếu muốn.]
